MY NIGHT TIME ROUTINE

Hi Lavs!

Who agree that we all need some time to pamper our selves every now and then? 
Well, for me, I think, why not every night? ;)

Being so busy in the day time as a full time working lady, I find it very important to have a good night time routine to relax my body and soul.
This is what I like to do to finish up my day on daily basis. Hope you can get some tips and inspiration :)

1) Taking off my makeup

I put on my makeup before I go to work and usually do some touch up in the afternoon. That means, there are two layers of makeup on my face for 10+ hours (OMG, I know). It is a must for me to take off my makeup as soon as I get home to prevent clogged pores and break out.
Products that I use alternately are: 
The Face Shop Rice Water Bright Cleansing Cream, Banila Co Clean It Zero, Vaseline Petroleum Jelly (All these products are great at removing waterproof makeup) 

2) Exercise

Nowadays, I always find time to exercise after I finish all my work. Other than the fact that I'm trying to lose some weight, I also exercise to feel better, happier and healthier. I usually do 15-30 mins cardio a day. My favorite exercise is running up and down the stairs, so simple, but will definitely make me sweat buckets!

3) A Good Bath Time

I always incorporate more routines in my night time bath, because let's be real..
Exfoliating, scrubbing, etc, in the morning?? Ain't nobody got time for that! haha.
In my night time bath I usually exfoliate using either exfoliation brush or body scrub.
Then for my face, I wash it for a longer time just to really deep clean my face. Then I finish my bath time with brushing my teeth. 

4) Skin Care

I usually start with skin care for my face first.  
For my face, I use toner and pimple cream from my dermatologist
Around my eye area, I usually use either Nivea or Vaseline to give them extra moisture. 
On my nose, I apply B.Liv Off With Those Heads to combat black heads. 
I also apply Nivea and massage it around my neck and apply lip balm on my lips.

For my body, I use toner on my legs to prevent ingrown hairs and moisturizer for all over my legs and arms.

5) Get My Beauty Sleep

It is important to prepare your body and mind for sleeping.  
What I do is I usually stretch a little and think positive thoughts before I sleep :)

And, that's a wrap, time to hit the sack :)
